Structure and Function of Gas Springs

A gas spring is an elastic component composed of a sealed cylinder, a piston that can slide inside the cylinder, and a piston rod assembly. It uses nitrogen or other inert gases as the energy storage medium and serves as a product with functions such as support, buffering, braking, height adjustment, and angle adjustment. It is widely used in fields including medical equipment, automobiles, cabinet furniture, textile equipment, and the processing industry. The surface of the tube body is treated with baking paint, and the piston rod undergoes hard chrome plating/QPQ (Quench-Polish-Quench) treatment.
